With over 20 years experience in the health /fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation, Catherine is commited to helping people with chronic conditions to become more engaged in their health and wellness. She enjoys checking out new trends in fitness and is always looking for ways to help people on any level to be more active, healthy and fit. When she is not working, you can usually find her camping, skiing, or getting muddy outside with her boys.

Clinical Services Coordinator
Michele, as the Clinical Service Coordinator for the Journey to Wellness program, organizes all the behind the scene preparation and detail for new clinical members. She is passionate about helping people get started on a new path leading to positive changes in their lives. Chances are Michele will be the first person you interact with in the program. Michele enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, and all activities on and around the water.

Jude Spors- Murphy
Clinical Wellness Coach
Jude Spors-Murphy is a unique clinical wellness coach that has a background and years of experience in working as a therapist in the mental health and addiction field. He also has years of experience in teaching people how to alpine ski. Jude has moved his career into another direction by becoming a clinical wellness coach and being a ski guide for a local back country cat ski operation. His focus now with people is to help them move into the future being more active, healthy and enjoying it more. Jude is very active in life with many interests including cooking, all types of skiing, water and snow, breeding and competing with horses, wind surfing, sailing, hiking, mountain biking, doing different types of triathlons, kayaking, summiting mountains, playing team sports like volley ball and pickle ball. He embraces life, the outdoors, nature, the mountains, lakes and the four seasons.

Holly Nickels is a Registered Dietitian with many years of experience in foods and nutrition. Her passion is helping her clients navigate the confusing and conflicting world of nutrition and food that seems to be ever changing. She believes that “food is medicine” and that changing one’s perceptions and outlook toward food is the most important part of good and healthy life. Her goal is to help you on this journey while being realistic, practical and economic.

Survivor, Mentor & Motivational Speaker
Barbi Webber is a Motivational Speaker and Mentor in the arena of Eating Disorders and Positive Body Image. She is a survivor of Anorexia and Bulimia and brings her survival journey together with a BSW from the University of Montana and a heartfelt yearning to make a difference in a persons healing from any flavor of disordered eating by sharing true understanding as well as cognitive and behavioral skills she created to heal.

Christelle has worked for KRMC for over 25 years. Her main focus has been pool classes – teaching a dance class in the cool pool and more therapeutic classes in the warm pool. She has also been working with the Journey to Wellness program and teaching part of the WWE (walking) program. She loves living in Montana and getting outdoors during every season is a priority for her.

Sonya possesses an understanding of injuries and physical limitations with the knowledge to modify client’s workouts. She enjoys dragon boating, dancing and lake swimming. She is passionate about bringing your ‘authentic self’ to the coaching relationship. So, if you’re silly, let’s see your silly side…….if you’re klutzy……I’ll catch ya!

Having a bachelor's degree in health promotion/wellness and a master's degree in recreational therapy, being a part of the Journey to Wellness program couldn't be a better fit for Gwen. She is passionate about helping people find their best selves through connecting the body, mind and spirit. Gwen's audacious spirit brought her from Wisconsin to Montana where she enjoys feeding her need for adventure and curiosity by exploring from the highest mountain peaks to treasure hunting at the local antique stores. Her St. Bernard Ava is by her side on every adventure!

Trina has been an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 12 years. She has a BA in social sciences, is certified by the Senior Fitness Association and was the recipient of the Montana Health Care Association's Enrichment of Life Award. Her specialties are people with health challenges, those new to exercise, and seniors. Trina oversees the SELF program (S

ocus) as well as teaching balance classes and working with patients in Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Trina is passionate about helping people overcome their physical hurdles, no matter how large or small. In her spare time, Trina enjoys whitewater rafting, fishing, hiking, ice skating and cross country skiing.

Kaitlin is a Registered Dietitian who joined the Summit team in 2018. She grew up in the Flathead Valley, where she developed a love for the outdoors through hiking, fishing, kayaking, skiing, and trail running. Upon completing her education, Kaitlin was eager to return home to serve the community in which she had always received tremendous support over the years. She is excited to continue her journey through the health and wellness sector at the Summit with an ambition to help individuals discover their own wellness goals and guide them with an emphasis in nutrition.
