Classes are held OUTSIDE!! In addition to the workouts you will receive sports nutrition guidance for race day (and workouts) from our registered dietitian Andrea Buckingham. Four-time SPARTAN race finisher and certified fitness instructor Rose Nicholson will share tips and strategies for what to wear and how to prepare for race day.
