CE Youth Training Academy - NEW High School Elites Class
As part of our CE Youth Training Academy, we are going to be offering a class exclusively for high school students.
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday at 7 PM then on Saturday at 10 AM starting (and ongoing) November 6th

This will not be exclusive to just athletes, but anyone is welcome who wants to learn about strength and train in a controlled fun environment. Main strength movements such as the deadlift, squat, and pressing will emphasized along with footwork, coordination, and explosiveness.
