COVID-19 Freeze Options

If you are NOT interested in accessing The Summit as we transition through our reopening or would like to make changes to your account, please review the following options.

Billing will resume June 1, 2020.  

Please note, all requests for cancellations, freezes, and changes for June must be submitted before Wednesday, May 27, 5:00 PM. 

All changes and requests received after May 27 will be made effective July 1, 2020.

COVID-19 Medical Freeze


Suspend your membership for up to 12 months at no charge. We are currently waiving the health-care provider authorization for any concern/ medical issue related to COVID-19. When the crisis is over and you feel comfortable participating in Summit programming once again, simply give us a call and we will reactivate your account; no hassle, no charge.

All other Medical Freezes must complete the Standard Medical Freeze form and have it signed by a Health Provider. Please contact Member Services with questions, 406.751.4107.

COVID-19 Vacation Freeze


Temporarily suspend your account for an additional 1-3 months at no charge. This option provides both you and the Summit some additional time to transition through the different stages and changes. At the end of this freeze, billing will resume automatically. This option provides you some time and breathing room to either resume or cancel your membership.

Downgrade Membership - Save on Monthy Dues


Make a change to your account by dropping family members who may not be able or prefer not to access the facility during this time. Sometimes this can translate into serious savings and provide your family members with the flexibility to re-join at any time. We are temporarily waiving the $10 fee for any account changes made before July 1, 2020.

If you find that none of our freeze options are a good fit for you at this time, we understand and respect your decision. Considering the current situation, we will not be charging the early termination fee for new members. However, please keep in mind, that should you choose to rejoin at a later date, you may be asked to repay the registration fee.
