Affordable Training to Burn Body Fat & Increase Strength

The Summit’s Small Group Personal Training starts the week of April 11th!
Great way to work with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost!

Cost: Members: $160
  • 1x a week for 8 weeks
  • Burn Body fat & Increase Strength
  • Small Group Personal Training 4-6 people in each group
  • Sign up early – sessions fill fast!

 Monday 9 am - Dana Dobson

Tuesday 9 am - Trina Starker

Wednesday 4 pm - Dana Dobson
                           5 pm - Dana Dobson

Thursday 10 am - Rose Nicholson

Or create your own small group with your friends and family or be partnered up with others.

 4 to 6 people required to make a group.
Cost: $160 for Summit membrs & $200 for Non-members per person - 1 hour sessions per week for 8weeks.
