WAYS TO WORKOUT AT HOME DURING COVID-19

The Summit would like to invite you to participate in our group exercise classes. We have classes for every age and every fitness level; from beginning stretch and balance, Yoga or Tai Chi, ballroom dancing or Zumba, Step or Cycling, Aquatic classes, as well as Muscle Classes and Boot Camp. All classes are FREE and no registration is required to attend.

Group Exercise is a social event as well as a great way to improve your fitness. We offer over 105 different classes to pick from. Come try as many of our classes as your schedule will allow so that you can cross train your body, meet new friends, and enjoy your workout with one of 32 certified instructors.
