Adult Barbell

  • Expand your knowledge and experience of barbell movements by training in Barbell. You will use and improve the skills with a personalized training program focused on improving stability, strength and power development in a small group setting. These movements are designed to increase your coordination, range of motion, strength and conditioning. Expect to train the entire body through progressive programming, using Olympic style barbell movements with intensive coaching. 
8 Week program includes:
  • Functional movement assessment prior to participation (optional)
  • Personalized programming (yours to keep)
  • Proper Form and Technique coached for ALL movements in the program
  • 24 programmed workouts, 3 strength based per week
    • 2 hands-on coached classes per week (small group, 4-9 people)
    • 1 programmed barbell session for a coached open gym time or on your own to practice the skills you learn in class
    • Progressive programmed conditioning sessions to complete on your own on non-lifting days
    • Self-care protocols for muscle maintenance and recovery using The Summit facilities
    • Access to coaching whenever you and a coach are on the floor

  • Members: $129 deposit and $129 2nd payment in week 5. OR $258 total.

Adult Barbell Schedule

Barbell Program Day 1 & 2 Groupings (Participants must sign up for a group to attend for Day 1 & 2 & classes are generally kept to no more than 9 participants)
  • Group 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7:00 AM
  • Group 2: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 8:00 AM
  • Group 3: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:00 AM 
  • Group 4: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM 
Barbell Day 3 Open Gym workouts:  Fridays 7:15-9:00 AM & Saturdays 7:30-9 AM
