As a personal trainer I have learned how small successes can leads to major life changes. We are all on a journey. We are all fighting our own fight. It is my privilege to share this journey with my clients. The greatest joy I receive from wellness coaching is being a small part of the growth of self confidence and wellbeing that occurs as a person discovers that they can do it, they are strong. Wellness, weight loss and fitness are a second career for me. Because exercise and living a healthy lifestyle had such a huge impact on my own self esteem it became my passion to help others feel better about themselves. Certified since 2010, I believe I offer a fresh and wholehearted passion to help others be their best selves.

Phil Moore

Phil has a passion for helping people reach their goals. He has 20 years of experience and background of coaching and working with those who are pursing their goals.  As a former athlete who competed both in the Olympic trials and professionally, Phil understands the balance needed to be successful within personal life and training. He comes from an extensive background of coaching which includes emotional & personal growth, and conditioning training for various sports, activities and pursuits.

Philosophy: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” - Benjamin Franklin. Physical activity, stress management, and proper nutrition are the focal points in living a healthy lifestyle. Everyday we are challenged in the choices we make that affect dimensions of health. These challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them makes life meaningful. My goal is not only to motivate a healthy lifestyle, but incorporate an internal drive for a wonderful quality of life.
 
Experience: During his last couple years of college, Kevin worked at The Zoo Health Club in Havre. He performed front desk assistance, fitness advice/training, and a friendly ear for all. While working and studying, he spent three years coaching middle school sports, including basketball and golf. With coaching came substitute teaching and officiating basketball as he stayed active in Havre’s community. In 2019 Kevin worked as the Fitness Specialist at Touchmark retirement community in Helena where hecontributed to building the fitness program by teaching classes and personal training.

Julie developed a love for fitness at an early age. In addition to her experience coaching Total Conditioning, she also brings her love for ultra endurance mountain racing, skiing and hiking. She loves encouraging people to work past their comfort zone while also making their gym time enjoyable and full of smiles. Her favorite past time is spending time with her daughter, husband and friends (hopefully doing something active). She can’t wait to meet you! 

 

Lynn Stoll


ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Lynn has been coaching total conditioning since 2017, and more recently been a great addition to the MetCon Progam.  She loves the music loud and the energy high, and to pack as punch as possible into her classes. She loves to spend her free time hiking, biking and running, and her summers boating, fishing, and paddle boarding on the lakes with her husband and three boys.

Krista has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has a passion for helping clients of all ages and abilities reach their goals and see their potential above and beyond where they thought they could go.  She is an avid runner, triathlete and mother of two wonderful kids.  Krista strives to be the best person she can be and wants to help others do the same for themselves.

Courtney Porter


Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with and emphasis in Advanced Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
She grew up playing volleyball and running Track and Field/Cross Country.  Her love of sports, combined with her desire to help people feel their best, is what inspired her to pursue becoming a personal trainer. Courtney has worked with a wide age range of clients and is excited to be part of the Summit team. When Courtney is not at the gym she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, biking, camping, and photography with her husband.

Philosophy: It doesn't have to be fun to be fun. A good workout can challenge you and still leave you smiling.  There are countless opportunities to get healthier and stronger. I love to help people discover what they can do.
Experience: I have run races ranging from 5K to 100K and competed in sprint distance triathlons. I swam competitively for ten years and coached high school swimming for two years. I was a Parisi Speed School Certified Instructor, have taught aquatic exercise classes, swimming lessons, and have TRX training.

My path to becoming a coach began when I was a teenager. I started running to alleviate negative emotions and challenging obstacles in my life. I found freedom and strength through physical fitness. This led to my career choice to become a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have been motivating individuals and groups since 1993. Coaching is another opportunity to inspire and challenge people to be their best and give them the freedom to live life to its fullest!  My greatest experiences with coaching are witnessing increased confidence; celebrating successes and exploring new possibilities; learning and growing together; finding joy in the journey.
