As a personal trainer I have learned how small successes can leads to major life changes. We are all on a journey. We are all fighting our own fight. It is my privilege to share this journey with my clients. The greatest joy I receive from wellness coaching is being a small part of the growth of self confidence and wellbeing that occurs as a person discovers that they can do it, they are strong. Wellness, weight loss and fitness are a second career for me. Because exercise and living a healthy lifestyle had such a huge impact on my own self esteem it became my passion to help others feel better about themselves. Certified since 2010, I believe I offer a fresh and wholehearted passion to help others be their best selves.

Brett began enjoying the benefits of strength and conditioning while playing collegiate baseball in Spokane, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UNLV. Injury prevention and sport-specific training are the focus of his training as he blends corrective exercises with functional movements into his clients’ training regimens. He offers a Functional Movement Screen to assess how each person moves on a day-to-day basis, and uses that information to create a personalized training program that puts the client in the right environment to move well and build a foundation for their individual fitness journey.         
Whether you are a novice in the weight room, a weekend warrior, or a seasoned athlete, Brett has the knowledge to help you get to where you want to be in whatever stage of life you are in.

Phil Moore

Phil has a passion for helping people reach their goals. He has 20 years of experience and background of coaching and working with those who are pursing their goals.  As a former athlete who competed both in the Olympic trials and professionally, Phil understands the balance needed to be successful within personal life and training. He comes from an extensive background of coaching which includes emotional & personal growth, and conditioning training for various sports, activities and pursuits.
