Aerobic Group Exercise Classes

Summit Programs

The Summit would like to invite you to participate in our group exercise classes. We have classes for every age and every fitness level; from beginning stretch and balance, Yoga or Tai Chi, ballroom dancing or Zumba, Step or Cycling, Aquatic classes, as well as Muscle Classes and Boot Camp. All classes are FREE and no registration is required to attend.

Group Exercise is a social event as well as a great way to improve your fitness. We offer over 105 different classes to pick from. Come try as many of our classes as your schedule will allow so that you can cross train your body, meet new friends, and enjoy your workout with one of 32 certified instructors.

Abs-Solutely

12-15 minutes of intense abdominal work. Everyone is welcome!

Barre Fusion

Starts September 20.  Where the ballet bar meets yoga and Pilates.    With Valerie

Body Works

With Anita. Total body sculpt class for toning and strength. No aerobic activity. Free weights and tubing are used.

Boot Camp Basics

Basic moves with lots of intensity! Interval and strength training with speed and agility drills, power and plyometric drills and calisthenics. Step, jump ropes and weights will be used.

pilates+dance+yoga=balance     A fun class that incorporates dance and pilates to give you a great workout.

Cardiopump

Saturday class is Cardiopump, a combination of strength training and cardio.  We use weights, bars, discs, kettlebells, tubing, the track, jump ropes, etc for a great workout.  Each instructor teaches the class a little differently, please come join us for a great start to your weekend.

Cardio Step

Intermediate to advanced step aerobics incorporating weights and resistance tubing. Fun and challenging.

Foam Roller

With Amy.  All the benefits of a deep tissue massage.  Use body weight to massage away tension and knots in muscle tissue.

Intro to Nordic Walking

Led by Dr. Pam Roberts.  An introductory class to Nordic Walking to give you the basics of using Nordic Poles.  Poles will be provided for use in this class.  We meet the 2nd Friday of the month at 1:30 pm as well as 10:00 am and/or  5:30 pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month in a conference room.    Please RSVP so I have the correct amount of poles at 751-5374.

Kickbox Fusion

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Power Pump

A group strength training class using free weights, body bars, the bar system, tubing and stability balls. Core strength training is included in this workout.

Stretch, Flex & Balance

This is a gentle exercise class that focuses on balance, stretch, mobility, and some very light strength work. All levels are welcome.  Friday's class will get down on the floor to stretch.

T'ai Chi For Health

with Debbi.  Develop balance, strength, relaxation and improved respiration and circulation as we study the Yang style (short form) of T'ai Chi Chi, an ancient elegant art of graceful movement, deep breathing, and mental concentration. Enjoy a noncompetitive gentleness and learn at your own pace. No equipment required except loose comfortable clothing.  All levels welcome.  Held in the Big Sky Studio (B).

$ Fitness classes offered on the Turf.   High intensity classes using ropes, kettlebells, plates, weights, and more to give you the optimum workout!  This is a paying class.

Walk with Ease

Meets Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:15 - 3:00 pm in the Big Sky Studio (B)

Monday & Wednesday has an instructor, Fridays we encourage participants to meet and walk together.

A gentle class where instruction and participation is given with walking poles.  If you can walk for 10 minutes, you can do this class.

Yoga

Reduce stress, strengthen and tone muscles and improve flexibility using classical postures and breath awareness techniques.
