Please join Journey to Wellness and Body Balance Mentor Barbi Webber, BSW and enjoy lunch/dinner while practicing Mindful Eating.  Barbi will share a medley of cognitive and behavioral skills to rebalance the joy of eating, lessen life stress and feel more positive towards yourself!  Bring your lunch or dinner - Everyone is welcome.  NO RSVP is needed.
