Ostomy Friends of the Flathead

Ostomy Friends of the Flathead meats the third Thursday of every month at 2pm.  Contact Jerry Sashko at 871-8846 with any questions regarding this support group for Ostomy patients. 

Parenting

Parents Let's Unite For Kids (PLUK) is a state-wide organization that provides free training, resources, and support to families who have children with special needs. PLUK works with them to assist them in becoming effective advocates for their children. This group is not meeting at this time.  Please contact The Nurturing Center with any questions.

Children's Advocacy Center Support Group

Every Friday at The Summit Medical Fitness Center from 12pm - 1pm.

Sjogren's Syndrome Support Group

The Flathead Valley Sjogrens Support group will meet at the Summit Conference Rooms the third Friday of every other month at 11:30 sharp. Their remaining 2019 schedule will be a meeting in November.  In 2020 the group will be meeting in March, June and September.  Bring any family or friends who want to learn more about this autoimmune disease. We will have a discussion period and time to share. Bring your own lunch and a covered drink.  Please call Laura w/ any questions at 270-7393.

Surviving Our Loss After Suicide

Surviving Our Loss After Suicide (SOLAS) is a support group that works one-on-one with individuals who have lost a loved one through suicide.  Meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7pm in The Summit conference room.

Nicotine-Free Living Support Group

The Nicotine-Free Living Support Group is open to those who are committed to remaining nicotine free and are looking for a support and accountability system to help them with this commitment.  This group is currently under construction.  Please call Krista Rufenach at 751-4132 or more information.

Traumatic Brain Injury (T.B.I.) & Caregivers Support Group

The Traumatic Brain Injury & Stroke Support Group includes caregivers and those who deal with stroke, head injury, and brain injury. Meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in The Summit conference room.  During summer months, they do community integration and move to locations outdoors so please check the schedule with In Patient Rehab at  756-4720.
