Stay Active and Independent for Life
The S.A.I.L. exercise class is an ongoing strength and balance fitness class for Summit members offered  two times a week.  The class includes aerobic, static and dynamic balance, upper and lower body strength training with adjustable cuff weights, and flexibility exercises as well as fall prevention education. 
Benefits:
  • Exercises can be done standing or sitting
  • Initial and follow-up fitness checks
  • Staying active and independent
  • Preventing falls
Free for Summit Members
Class is every Tuesday/Thursday from 1-2pm.  Free to Summit Members or can purchase a punch card pass.
