Summit Programs

All Aquatic Exercise Classes are free and ongoing. JOIN US ANYTIME!

Jump in, the water feels great! Working out in the pool is an excellent non-impact way to build strength, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility. All our instructors are certified and welcome you!

Aqua Grooves

This class features upbeat dance routines choreographed to music. Aqua Grooves will help you increase cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility in a fun environment! Location: Multi-Use Pool.

Aqua Motion

Stretch and strengthen muscles while increasing flexibility and range of motion using American Arthritis Foundation guidelines. This class is especially designed for people with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. It's a great way to socialize and meet new people, and you don't have to get your hair wet! Location: Therapy Pool.

Hydro Fit

Cardio and muscle strengthening workout using a variety of equipment and varying water depths. This total body workout is a great calorie burner without the impact on your joints. This is a fun and challenging workout for people of all ages and physical fitness levels. Location: Multi-Use Pool.
