21-Day Resilience Challenge>

Challenge runs October 6-26. Resilience is the ability to bounce back when things don't go as planned. Pick up your challenge form at the front desk or fitness desk.

Swim Around the Lake>

A fun program for all swimmers. Swim around Flathead Lake by counting laps that you swim in the Summit pool. Swim 80 miles before March 31 and receive an official T-shirt.

Join us for FREE informative group coaching sessions from 12-1 in a Summit conference room on October 3 and October 15.
