At North Valley Hospital, the health and safety of our patients and staff are our highest priority, and we appreciate you entrusting us with your family’s health care needs. In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we have instituted a limited visitor policy until further notice, in the interest of the continued health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff. While we would prefer to not have any visitors in any of our facilities at this time, we recognize that engaging patients and their families is an important part of the healing process.
Visitors of inpatient guests are limited to two designated visitors, one at a time.
Some clinical areas may choose to be more restrictive depending on the patient's needs and space restrictions for ample social distancing. Outpatient visits are limited to one visitor.
Individuals meeting the visitor criteria will be screened at the designated visitor entrance. Visitors who have COVID-19 symptoms or have had close contact with a person who has COVID-19 will not be permitted to visit.*
Visiting hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Anyone entering a health care facility (e.g., health care personnel, patients, visitors) is required to wear a face mask. Approved visitors will be provided with an armband.
The decision to restrict visitors was difficult and made only after careful consideration to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding and support as we remain committed to our mission to provide the highest quality health care to the communities we serve.
