The first visit occurs at North Valley Behavioral Health in Whitefish with Medical Director J. Douglas Muir, MD, a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. Dr. Muir then provides follow-up care in Whitefish or in Eureka through the use of telemedicine.

For information and appointments, contact North Valley Behavioral Health at (406) 862-1030.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

Eureka Healthcare Primary Care offers a sliding fee discount program to all those in need, whether or not they have insurance. This program is designed to provide essential medical services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. Discounts are offered based upon household income and size. A sliding fee schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines.
