For the convenience of residents of Lincoln County and surrounding areas, behavioral health services are available via telemedicine technology at Eureka Healthcare Primary Care.
The first visit occurs at North Valley Behavioral Health
in Whitefish with Medical Director J. Douglas Muir, MD, a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. Dr. Muir then provides follow-up care in Whitefish or in Eureka through the use of telemedicine

A Designated Rural Health Clinic
Eureka Healthcare Primary Care is a designated Rural Health Clinic that provides for a sliding fee scale to help those in need, thereby making health care services more accessible and affordable.
With the sliding fee scale, discounts for in-office services that are felt to be medically necessary by the clinic’s care providers are offered based on household income and size using federal poverty guidelines. If the applicant appears to be eligible for Medicaid, a written denial of coverage by Medicaid may be required.
For more information on whether you may be eligible for the sliding fee scale, contact the Eureka Healthcare Primary Care clinic manager at (406) 297-3145.
