Notice of Program Accessibility
North Valley Hospital and its entities are accessible to and usable by disabled persons, including persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or who have other sensory impairments. Access features include assistive and communication aids at no additional charge for such aids. These aids include:

In 2013, North Valley Hospital transitioned to an enhanced electronic medical records system to:
  • Enhance the security of your personal information.
  • Provide even better patient care.
  • Reduce the amount of paper wasted.
  • Begin the process of developing systems to allow our patients to access their medical records.
  • Meet new health care regulations.
