Magill appointed to state medical board

Dr. Ashleigh Magill, Medical Director of the North Valley Hospital Emergency Department, has been appointed by Governor Steve Bullock to the state medical board. We are so impressed by our physicians, leading the state like Dr. Magill as experts in their field. Congratulations on the accomplishment, Dr. Magill!

Dr. Magill completed her medical studies at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and carried out her emergency medicine residency through in Atlanta, Georgia. In her final year, she was an attending physician at three hospitals – Grady Memorial, Emory University and Emory John’s Creek. Among the honors she received was the Clinical Excellence Award in her third year of residency. Upon completion, she carried out a year of supervisory teaching in the Emory Department of Emergency Medicine Residency program. She moved to Montana’s Flathead Valley with her husband, Dr. Mark Magill, in 2015. Together, they enjoy trail running, hiking, fishing and skiing.
