The Newman Center-Adult Services
joined The Newman Center in 2017. She provides outpatient psychotherapy to adults. Dr. Gill completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Montana, Missoula, in 2015 and was licensed in Montana in 2016. She completed her clinical internship with the Southwestern Consortium in Albuquerque, New Mexico, working for both Indian Health Services and the Veteran’s Affairs (VA) Hospital. She completed a postdoctoral residency with the New Mexico VA, serving on a rehabilitation team treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and comorbid substance abuse. Dr. Gill works with patients using evidence-based strategies for the treatment of trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction and mood disorders. She also provides psychotherapy to individuals experiencing significant life transitions, whether they are related to relationships, health, spirituality or career. She has a research emphasis in mindfulness and compassion-based treatments and has received specialized clinical training to serve multicultural and LGBT individuals. Meghan is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family, friends and animal companions in the mountains of Montana. She also enjoys the arts and gardening.
Milana Marsenich, LCPC
, joined the Kalispell Regional Healthcare medical staff in July 2002 as a licensed clinical professional counselor seeing patients at The Newman Center (adult services) and Polson Health, both departments of Kalispell Regional Medical Center. Milana has vast experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, attachment issues and difficulties. She earned a Master of Education mental health counseling from Montana State University. Milana believes in a strength-based focus, helping others utilize effective coping skills that enrich their lives. Away from the office, Milana enjoys being outside, hiking with friends and four-legged furry companions as well as reading good books.
