Dr. Yandora earned her B.S. degree with a neuroscience concentration from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, then received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. She completed her preliminary medicine internship and her neurology residency, was named chief resident and was awarded a clinical neurology fellowship, all at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She won departmental honors for her senior thesis from Allegheny College, and several subsequent scholarships based on academic merit. She conducted extensive research during her medical training, with topics covering epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, wound healing and more. Dr. Yandora joined Kalispell Regional Healthcare’s Applied Health Services as an outreach physician in 2008 and now practices with the Neuroscience & Spine Institute, Department of Neurology. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association.
