Jon Rubright, MD, contributes a depth of experience and range of skills drawn from a career of providing primary medical care for all ages. He completed his medical studies at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, and carried out his residency through the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency program in Fort Collins, Colorado. Dr. Rubright remained in Fort Collins to begin his practice, spending the first four years as a family practice partner in First Care Associates. He then partnered with a colleague to form Sands and Rubright, a family practice and internal medicine provider. In 1996 he helped form Associates in Family Medicine in Fort Collins. There, he was a family practice physician and partner in the seven-office, 32-physician group, serving as a senior partner and medical director of the acute care facility. Dr. Rubright was part of the founding staff of Westshore Medical Clinic, which opened in December 2013 in Lakeside, Montana, under the umbrella of the Kalispell Regional Healthcare system. In 2018 he moved over to Bigfork Medical Clinic. Dr. Rubright and his wife, Dee, enjoy being active in the outdoors with skiing, hiking and mountain biking. They also enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren in California and Colorado.
