Dianna M. Chase, DO
Family practitioner Dianna Chase, DO, provides health care for all ages. She graduated cum laude from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, where she earned her bachelor of science degree in animal sciences. She completed her medical studies and earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville. Dr. Chase completed three years of family medicine residency training at Saint Louis University-Belleville in Illinois, where she was elected one of four chief residents by her peers during her second year. She began practicing family medicine with Total Family Health Care, a rural health clinic of Samaritan Hospital in Macon, Missouri. After two years with the clinic, she took a primary care position with Centralia Family Health Clinic, a rural outpatient clinic with BJC Medical Group. She practiced there for an additional two years before making the move to Montana. Dr. Chase and her husband, Dr. Michael J. Chase, have four children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, swimming and horseback riding.
