Diana Stephens, MT, has been a practitioner at The Montana Center for Wellness & Pain Management since the spring of 2010. Diana began studying herbal medicine and alternative health practices in the 1980s and it has always been at the foundation of her life choices. In early 2003 she started to pursue bodywork. Diana attended Good Medicine Massage School in Whitefish and graduated in 2005, passing her national certification that same year. She worked as a massage therapist for a local resort for the first year, and eventually purchased the contract and provided massage for the resort for several years. Diana’s independent studies include Thai massage, trigger point, cranial sacral and Trager techniques. She completed her master level Reiki in 2009. She earned her medical massage practitioner certification in 2014.
She enjoys all the Flathead has to offer, including skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, rafting and just about anything that’s outdoors.
