Carrie Laborde, MD, joined Kalispell Regional Healthcare in August 2015 and is a pediatric hematologist and oncologist at Montana Children’s Specialists, a department of Kalispell Regional Medical Center. Dr. Laborde is also part of Montana Children’s and its team of more than 40 pediatric specialists. Dr. Laborde received her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of New Orleans and her Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State Health Science Center, School of Medicine, also in New Orleans. She completed additional medical training with an internship and residency in pediatric medicine at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and a fellowship in pediatric hematology- oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Children’s Medical Center Dallas. She began professional practice as a pediatric hematologist and oncologist when she joined the Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Clinic at St. Vincent Health Care in Billings, Montana, before coming to Kalispell. In her leisure time, Dr. Laborde enjoys running, hiking, playing tennis and skiing with her son.
