Amy Tangedahl joined Kalispell Regional Healthcare in March 2013 as a physician assistant with the Neuroscience & Spine Institute’s Department of Neurological Surgery. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a medical emphasis from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, followed by her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University, Pocatello. Amy brings a breadth of skills and experience to her role, but particularly enjoys assisting in neurosurgical procedures. Over the years, she served in medical missions to Peru and Honduras. Amy is licensed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has professional affiliations with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Wilderness Medical Society. A Missoula native, Amy is a Montana Grizzly fan at heart and enjoys skiing, hiking, backpacking, whitewater rafting and hunting.
