Telehealth Resources

KRH Care Anywhere

Your health and safety is our top priority. As this situation evolves, we've expanded our telehealth services in an effort to continue the positive impact of social distancing while providing safe, quality patient care. Telehealth and telemedicine are terms referring to the same method of care. Both of these terms indicate a clinician and a patient are meeting with a live video connection.

Our primary care and specialty care clinics are now offering patients virtual appointments, as well as continuing in-person appointments depending upon the patient’s symptoms and condition. Call your provider or go to their clinic webpage to view their adjusted services/hours and telehealth capabilities.

If you are not critically ill or in need of emergency help, call your primary care clinic or specialty care clinic, and say you’d like to be seen via telehealth. If you are having trouble breathing or experiencing severe symptoms, please go to the ER or visit one of KRH’s Respiratory Screening Facilities.

Do NOT use telehealth if you are:

Please review the patient documents at the bottom of the page before your telehealth appointments.

What you need for your appointment

1.  A device, smartphone, ipad, tablet, laptop or personal computer with a webcam, speaker and microphone
2.  Strong internet connection
3.  An email address

*If you do not have any of this, you should still connect with your provider over the phone as that can help evaluate your symptoms to determine next steps.
