About Our Clinic
Eureka Health Prompt Care stands ready to serve as a patient-centered medical home for you and your family. By establishing a long-term relationship, we can get to know you and your family. That helps us provide the care you need to stay healthy and the medical services you need when there is an illness or injury in your family.
Our office is happy to serve as the central point to coordinate your health care to meet your needs and priorities. We help you schedule appointments with specialists and set up diagnostic tests that may not be available in our community. We also work with existing pharmaceutical programs to find medications at a reduced cost. Your Eureka Prompt Care provider makes sure your entire medical team works together to meet your needs seamlessly.
And we can take the guesswork out of your medical journey by reviewing specialists' reports with you and providing follow-up care locally, as appropriate.

What You Need to Know About Our Services
Should you need medical care outside our regularly scheduled hours, our providers can help.
However, if you need emergency medical care for a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately. Before taking you to the emergency room, the ambulance crew will contact our providers directly when their services are required.
When your after-hours needs are not-life threatening, please call our office at (406) 297-3145. Just follow the phone prompts and your call will be forwarded to the provider on call. Many times, after-hours medical questions or concerns can be resolved with a phone call. If not, our providers won't hesitate to see our established patients at the clinic in those situations that can be resolved in Eureka. If you need evaluation beyond what is available after hours in Eureka, you may be referred to the emergency room.
Board certified family practice physicians, certified physician assistants and nurse practitioners staff our clinic. Specialty physicians, nurse midwives and other medical care specialists rotate through the clinic on an appointment-only basis.
We take great pride that additional members of our medical team are well trained and prepared to help with routine care and emergency situations. A registered nurse always is on duty to assist our providers as they meet patient needs. Our full-time X-ray technician produces high quality X-ray films as needed. Trained and certified staff collect specimens for DOT physicals.
