Women's Health service line adds new offering

Select clinics add integrated behavioral health

Kalispell Regional Healthcare is adding integrated behavioral health to the Women’s Health service line. This is a new service starting in June. Select clinics will be offering counseling support for expectant mothers focused on crisis intervention, problem-solving therapy and trauma-informed care using the SBIRT model (screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment). This service will provide mental health support to our obstretric patients throughout their pregnancy and into the postpartum period.

Nicole Roberts, a licensed clinical professional counselor, will provide integrative behavioral health services to the following clinics: FamilyBorn Maternity and Women’s Health; Gina Nelson, MD, Obstetrics and Gynecology; Kalispell OB/GYN; and Montana Perinatal Center. Nicole will be seeing patients at the FamilyBorn location.

This innovative new program was made possible by our partnership with the Montana Healthcare Foundation and the National Council of Behavioral Health. Kalispell Regional looks forward to working our community partners to support maternal health and wellness.

If you have questions, please call the FamilyBorn location at (406) 751-8009.
