Patients in need of laboratory services can now drop off specimens and have blood drawn at a more convenient location. The new Outpatient Laboratory Services opened Monday, October 2, and offers patients an easier way to use lab services without having to find parking and enter Kalispell Regional Medical Center (KRMC).

Located at 211 Conway Drive, Outpatient Laboratory Services has operating hours Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Services are available by appointment only. Patients or medical office staff members should call (406) 752-7923 to schedule appointments for all outpatient specimen collection at Outpatient Laboratory Services.

In addition, the Outpatient Laboratory Services site has specimen drop-off service. The drive-up window is located on the east side of the building and is clearly marked as 211 Conway Drive. Please be aware that all patients must register when dropping off specimens.

Patients who need specimen collection or drop-off service after the normal hours of operation for the Outpatient Laboratory Services site will need to contact the KRMC Main Laboratory for instructions at (406) 752-1737. Fertility analysis patients will continue to report to the Main Laboratory for specimen collection and testing. Appointments are required for this testing and patients should contact the Main Laboratory to schedule.
