Isaac Rajkowski, RN, was named the Kalispell Regional Healthcare 2018 Nurse of the Year. Each year, nurses across the organization nominate their peers to be considered for this esteemed recognition. Isaac joins our outstanding group of Nurse of the Year recipients awarded for passion in service to patients and commitment to excellence in care. Nursing is a challenging, formidable calling, and our nurses answer that call each and every day with pride and compassion.

Isaac's peers and staff members that know him could not agree more. Here are some of the words from Isaac's Nurse of the Year nominations:

"I would like to nominate Isaac for Nurse of the Year because I believe he lives out the "why" most of us went into nursing in the first place."

"Isaac has been a great asset to our floor. He is always positive and willing to lend a hand."

"Isaac is very supportive of new nurses and always goes the extra step to teaching us about being the best nurses we could be. I appreciate his calm demeanor and he always seems to be in a good mood."

"Isaac is very encouraging and humble. He is very willing to help (even if he's busy), always upbeat and also treats all patients with sincere care.”

"Isaac is a wonderful nurse and a great person. His patients just love him and so does the staff[…]he is a fabulous person inside and out!"

We are honored to have Isaac on the KRH team, and grateful for all our dedicated nurses for their selfless service and always putting patients first.
